Base metal is the high tensile steel
Tensile strength 550 N/mm2,
Total Coating Thickness(TCT) 0.25 up to 0.47mm.
55% Aluminium 45% Zinc, alloy coating 150g per square meter (AZ 150)
High quality and durable paint coating thickness is 25 microns and back 5micro including chromate coating, corrosion inhibitive coating and polyester finish coating, paint coating is not effected by the machine process.

Colored steel sheets are protected by the either way of the hot dipped

Hot aluminium galvanized steel sheet in 55% appears no rust after 20 years application.
Applied paint in latest modified polyester paint coated layer is treated with
twice coating and twice baking enjoys good weather resistance and out side
stability, various bright colors are selectable.
